  • A: We are accessible for guests. We strive to maintain and improve the condition of our property and website to meet ADA compliance. The Hotel at New York City meet the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 Spec.
  • A: Our check-in and check-out times are as follow:
    • Check-in is at 3:00PM EST
    • Check-out is at 12:00PM EST (Noon)
    If you wish to arrange for an early check-in or late check-out, please be advised that there is an additional cost involved. Alert the Front Desk staff at the beginning of, or during, your stay to arrange this. Additionally, you may store your luggage with our Bell Staff should you arrive early, in advance of our 3:00PM check-in, or plan to spend time in the city following your Noon check-out. For safety and security reasons, our hotels are unable to store luggage overnight.
  • A: You may store your luggage at the front desk if you arrive before the 3:00PM check-in time. Leave your bags and explore the city for a few hours while you wait to check-in.

    Likewise, the staff can hold your luggage following the 12:00PM Noon check-out time for the rest of the afternoon.

    Please note that overnight luggage storage is not available at the hotel.
  • A: Our hotel charges a daily Facilities Surcharge of $35.00 plus tax, or $40.16 inclusive of tax, per room, per night.

    This is a mandatory, comprehensive daily fee for facility use and amenities bundle, including premium Wi-Fi for up to 6 streaming devices per room during your stay, access to full-service off-site gym, unlimited local & domestic long-distance calls and messaging, 24-hour use of business center, and daily newspaper.
  • A: The Hotel @ New York City is smoke-free. You may walk outside to the street to smoke. New York City's Smoke-Free Act of 2002 prohibits smoking in bars, restaurants, office building, parks, and public areas.
  • A: You can order food to have delivered to the hotel. You will have to come down to the lobby to meet your delivery person, as we don't allow non-guests up on the floors.
  • A: The hotel will accept packages for you DURING your stay, but NOT before or after. All packages must be sent to the attention of the person whose name the reservation is under. Any packages delivered before or after your stay will be not be accepted and marked "return to sender." There is no fee for accepting packages during your stay. We ask that you kindly inform your courier service of your arrival and departure dates.
    As an alternative, guests have used postal service pick-up locations like USPS or FedEx, or Amazon Lockers (for delivery of Amazon purchases to secure locations throughout New York City). Should you choose to use any of these services, please make sure you have read and understand each company's terms of service, as the hotel is not responsible for any problems arising from their use.
